Okay, took the last two days off from things. Doing better, as much as can be expected, and very thankful for all the responses of support from everyone. Dad's still in the hospital, but will probably get better physically. Mentally, I'm not sure. He needs some help, but I don't know who's going to give it to him or convince him to seek it. Maybe this bit of trouble will help snap him out of it, but it's been years in the making, so I'm not sure.
Still pretty deeply disturbed by the whole thing, but must keep moving... what else can be done? Maybe I'll make a few happy journal today yet...
